1. SaaS Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy:
1.1 Refunds for SaaS (Software as a Service) subscriptions are only applicable in the case of technical issues that significantly impact the functionality of the service.
1.2 To be eligible for a refund, technical issues must be reported to our support team within 7 days of the subscription purchase date.
1.3 Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and Astrosia Technologies reserves the right to investigate and determine the nature and severity of reported technical issues.
1.4 Refunds will not be provided for SaaS subscriptions if the reported issues are due to user error, misuse, or any circumstances beyond Astrosia Technologies' control.
1.5 Cancellation can be done as per contract durations but after 7 days cancellation will only prevent renewal of the plan until completion of the current duration
2. No Refund for Other Services:
2.1 Astrosia Technologies does not offer refunds for services other than SaaS subscriptions, including but not limited to:
Custom Software Development
Machine Learning & Chatbots
2.2 All payments made for the aforementioned services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
