The Rewards Structure

  • Competitive Margins: Earn performance-based commissions up to 30% (Including Milestone Perks) on service and product distributions.

  • Tiered Milestone Perks(Based on Monthy results):

    • Level 1 (₹50L/60K USD Revenue): Performance Bonus + 2% Growth Incentive.

    • Level 2 (₹75L/85K USD Revenue): Premium Gift Suite + 3% Growth Incentive.

    • Level 3 (₹1Cr+/125K USD +  Revenue): {Elite Partner Status + Exclusive Perks + 5% Multiplier}.
       

Partner Responsibilities

  • Market Penetration: Identify and convert B2B opportunities while onboarding local retail touchpoints (IT hubs, service centers).

  • Brand Stewardship: Execute localized marketing initiatives and maintain Astrosia’s professional communication standards.

  • Team Management: Recruit and manage local talent to drive sales (with our dedicated recruitment support).


Key Terms of Engagement

  1. Performance-Based Rights: Territorial exclusivity and fee waivers are subject to quarterly performance evaluations and regional demand.

  2. Compliance & Ethics: Partners must adhere to the standardized Brand Guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure uniform service delivery.
